Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand that you or your child may feel anxious about visiting the dentist, and we are always sensitive to your needs. Our goal is to make every visit as comfortable as possible while providing the best care we can.

Your first visit is all about you — your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During this appointment, we will review your dental and medical history forms, take X-rays, and the doctor will meet with you to discuss your results, create a personalized treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

At your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth while checking for cavities, early signs of tooth decay, or gingivitis.

Please remember to bring the following to your first appointment:

• Your completed patient information form
• Your insurance card

Please note: At this time, our office is not enrolled as a participating provider with Medicaid or Medicaid-managed plans, including Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Molina Healthcare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and AmeriHealth Caritas. Please contact your insurance plan directly to locate participating providers in your area.

Regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile. The American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months for routine cleanings and exams to help keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We know you have a busy schedule, so please keep in mind that dental appointments typically last between 45 and 90 minutes.
